The European Championships 2009 will be held in Benidorm, Spain from April 24-26.
The coaches made their selection for this championship.

On Saturday February 21st the "Day of ITF Taekwon-do" will be organised again. The event will take place in Sint-Niklaas.

The third belgian championships for youth 6-13y will be organized on February 14th in Troisvierges.

Hodori, taekwon-do school in both Sint-Lievens-Houtem and in Aalst, joined ITF-Belgium.

In 2009 the national team of ITF-Belgium will have a new sponsor : Workout.
Workout is situated in Ghent and Brussels, and it's a distributor of sports nutrition. They can also give advice on diets, food supplements, etc.
One of the owners of Workout is Bob Wigman, II°degree.
